  New Homes

For more than 40 years O'Mara has been building custom new homes of a wide range of size and designs, from small economical country style houses to large prestigious multi-million dollar luxury homes. We have built heritage period style houses, pole homees, modern contemporary designs, complex architectural projects under architect or project management supervision. We built 8 houses for MLLVC (Mirvac Lend Lease Village Consortium) for the Sydney 2000 Olympic games. We were the first contract builder employed at the village after numerous project home builders failed to complete their homes to the strict quality assurance program demanded by the project management team

As our motto says "We build homes, NOT houses !"  We can show our clients how to customise their home building project by selecting inclusions (from any supplier), make economical design changes or use alternate building methods or materials to peronalise their building project. Our carpenters are full-time staff who are friendly and approachable. Our tradesmen all know each other and consider how their work will affect the next trade. Many of these are long time friends or relatives. We pride ourselves on completing quality work and taking on unusual or difficult projects.
